Mr. Prakash Chand Bader is like the bellwether for most of the industries set up by the Bader family – always having an unerring eye for the future as well as needing to be socially productive for the community. Mr. P.C. Bader completed his graduation in the year 1965 from Darrang College, Tezpur and then did his MBA from the renowned IIM, Calcutta in 1967. He graduated with roll of honours from IIM and then entered into business and managed rice and flour mills for four years. When he was searching for a greater meaning to his life, the talk in India at that time was of providing Roti, Kapdaa and Makaan (Bread, Clothes and Housing). He was very influenced by those words and he vowed to do something, however marginal, to the region he was based in to alleviate the scarcity of these three commodities. That was the whole genesis of entering into the flour mill business. Nezone Foods Pvt. Ltd. was set up in 1985, which later went on to produce Nezone Biscuits, Nezone Bakers, Nezone Industries, and Nezone Snacks. He also helped to found other businesses, namely M/s Sonitpur Solvex Ltd and M/s Nebisco Industries Pvt Ltd. He is the elder statesman, not just of the family owned businesses, but of the entire North East Region of India. Mr. Bader also serves as a director of other companies in the family business like, Sonitpur Solvex Pvt. Ltd. and Silvercrest Clothing Pvt. Ltd.
